We’re Hiring | Market Analyst


We’re on the lookout for a Market Analyst who can play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making by delivering actionable insights on market potential, customer needs, trends, competitor activity, and sales performance. If you have a Proven experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and building predictive models and strong understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis frameworks , we’d love to meet you!


Department: Sales

Language Skills: English essential

Travel: Minimal

Salary: ₱40,000 - ₱50,000


Responsibilities


Market Sizing & Opportunity Quantification

  • Quantify the Total Addressable Market (TAM), Serviceable Available Market (SAM), Serviceable Obtainable Market (SOM), and market/wallet share in each service area.
  • Build and maintain market sizing models for key industries and geographies within the territory.
  • Benchmark presence versus competitor presence to identify gaps, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate market potential into strategic recommendations for territory penetration and account planning.


Customer Insights & Commercial Teaching

  • Gather customer insights through surveys, interviews, win–loss reviews, and sales feedback loops.
  • Analyze these insights to uncover buying behaviors, decision drivers, unmet needs, and value gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to convert insights into commercial teaching moments that strengthen sales conversations and support customer understanding of cost, risk, and performance impacts.
  • Partner with Sales to embed insights into presentations, proposals, and customer education content.


Market Trends & Competitor Intelligence

  • Research and forecast marketing trends, industry shifts, and competitor strategies.
  • Develop industry profiles and benchmarks to understand market positioning.
  • Proactively mine data to uncover patterns, trends, and customer segments.
  • Present market and competitor insights to leadership to support strategic planning.


Sales Performance Analytics

  • Collaborate with leadership to align analytics with short- and long-term goals.
  • Define data requirements and execute data mining and analysis to support sales and performance strategies.
  • Establish and track marketing and sales KPIs and report on performance.
  • Develop predictive models to identify high-potential sales opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Recommend actionable strategies to enhance performance based on analytical insights

Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.

Qualitative and quantitative analysis to support strategic decisions.

Understanding of business operations, financial drivers, and strategic priorities.

Align insights with business goals and recommend impactful actions.

Ability to translate analytical findings into clear customer value messages, strategic recommendations, and commercially relevant insights.


Market Insight

Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.


QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or a similar analytical role
  • Proven experience in data mining, statistical analysis, and building predictive models
  • Strong understanding of market research techniques and competitive analysis frameworks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in sales and marketing
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools
  • Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar)
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders
