Join our dynamic team in a rotational training program across Event Planning, Operations, Sales, and Front Desk. Gain hands–on experience while contributing to the following:
Assist with event planning, budgeting, logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
Support the sales team with lead generation, proposal preparation, and client database management.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and gathering feedback to enhance client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate data, project documentation, and reporting to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with different teams, providing valuable insights to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Requisito

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Previous experience in project coordination or operations is a plus.
Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or event management tools is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
Team player with a collaborative and positive attitude.
