Description
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other mechanical components
- Carry out general handyman duties such as painting, carpentry, and minor repairs
- Respond to and resolve maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities and inventory
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate larger-scale projects and renovations
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety protocols and regulations
Requirements
- High School or Vocational graduate.
- At least 1 year working experience in Repairs and Maintenance.
- Knowledgeable in Carpentry/Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical.
- Willing to be assigned in Ermita, Manila.
