Malaya Tech is seeking a dependable and organized Logistics & Government Compliance Liaison to manage field operations and government-related submissions.

This role ensures timely collections, document tracking, and compliance with government requirements on behalf of the company.


Responsibilities

  • Handle collections and deliveries across Taguig and Metro Manila
  • Submit and follow up on government-mandated documents (e.g., PhilHealth, SSS, Pag-IBIG)
  • Manage PhilHealth reporting for new hires and resigned employees
  • Coordinate with internal teams for document preparation and submission
  • Maintain accurate records of field and compliance activities
  • Other logistic activities


Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in logistics, field liaison, or administrative roles
  • Familiarity with PhilHealth and other government agency processes
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly within Metro Manila
  • Background in credit and collections or handling sales-related documents
  • Experience in HR or compliance-related tasks
  • Familiarity with basic accounting or payroll processes
