Performs all activities in ensuring that Aircraft Check and operations requirements will be met
Monitors and coordinates the timely delivery (Delivery In Full On Time) of all incoming shipments
Coordinates and ensures all incoming shipments are properly monitored and documented
Monitors and coordinates the data reliability of all incoming shipments
Coordinates, monitors, and provides service providers performance updates
Performs all incoming shipments activities in maintaining customer satisfaction
Contributes to Team effort by accomplishing department objectives and related results, as needed
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Fresh graduates and entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
At least a graduate of 4-year course related to Customs Administration, Supply Chain courses
With experience or knowledge with Aviation/ MRO industry is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
