Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily truck dispatching, tracking, and exception handling
• Coordinate vehicle availability based on customer order requirements
• Monitor driver and vehicle status to ensure delivery timeliness
• Support account managers in resolving operational issues and customer feedback
• Prepare and submit logistics reports and basic data analysis
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard local truck owners and fleet partners

Qualifications:

• College degree or above, preferably in logistics or business administration
• Experience in logistics operations
• Proficient in Excel and other office tools, data-sensitive mindset preferred
• Strong attention to detail, team player, and able to work under pressure
• Basic English communication skills preferred
