The Fulfillment Associate is responsible for ensuring a smooth flow of products the moment an order is placed and whenever there are scheduled deliveries from merchants. It is a combination of physical-labor, meticulous attention to detail, and understand the value of quality and proper product handling.

Responsibilities:

• Order and Delivery Processing Management – Receiving Orders, Order Picking, Quality Control.
• Packing, Shipping, Logistics – Secure Packaging, Labelling and Documentation, Dispatch Coordination.
• Inventory and Stocks – Stock Maintenance, Replenishment, Warehouse or Storage Organization.
• Communication – Handling Discrepancies, Quality Issues, Supporting Customer Service.

Qualifications:

• College Level or equivalent
• Familiarity in Excel
• Tech-inclined, confident in using work tools (Computer, Printer, Scanner, etc.)
• Preferred Logistics, warehousing experience for online store (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora, etc.)
• Adequate communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Personable and someone who is organized, meticulous to details, and adaptable
