Job Brief:

The Logistics & Administrative Associate is responsible for managing the end-to-end logistics operations while performing key administrative tasks to ensure smooth, efficient, and accurate business processes.


Shift Schedule:

Night Shift – 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Saturday


Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure proper documentation of shipments, including dispatch notes, and delivery receipts.
  • Track vehicle movements, cargo status, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse personnel.
  • Support warehouse operations.
  • Assist in resolving logistical issues, delays, or discrepancies promptly.

Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize records, reports, and databases related to logistics operations.
  • Prepare and process internal and external correspondence, invoices, and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external clients regarding operational and administrative matters.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software/systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Initiative to improve processes and solve operational challenges.
