Descripción
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations.
- Assist in inventory management and food storage.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Adapt to changing menus and special dietary needs.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Culinary Arts or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cook skills, kitchen hygiene, and stewarding; capable of heavy lifting; knowledgeable in Thai cuisine; strong attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and cook menu items, maintain cleanliness and hygiene, assist in inventory management.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, standing for long periods, occasional heavy lifting.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, adaptable, strong work ethic, and passionate about food.
