- Handle patient or provider inquiries related to medications, prescriptions, or healthcare benefits
- Verify and interpret prescription information and healthcare data
- Ensure accurate processing of pharmacy-related transactions or documentation
- Comply with regulatory and company standards for handling confidential medical information
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all client interactions
- Licensed Registered Pharmacist (RPH) in the Philippines
- Minimum of 1 year BPO Healthcare experience (Preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills – both written and verbal
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Customer-service oriented with a commitment to quality
