  • Facilitate communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to convey information effectively.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School equivalent.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a related role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Help Desk operations, exceptional organizational skills, and strong analytical abilities.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Serve as a communication link between departments, assist with client inquiries, and manage documentation.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork; standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and adaptable.
