Job Title: Owner Relation Associate

Location: Makati City

Job-type: Probationary (6 Months)

Schedule: Monday - Saturday [9AM - 6PM]


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and personable Relations Assistant to support our property management team. This role focuses on maintaining strong communication and relationships with both tenants and property owners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective daily operations.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist with lease applications, renewals, and move-in/move-out coordination.
  • Provide timely updates and follow-ups regarding property issues and service requests.
  • Support dispute resolution and foster positive tenant experiences.
  • Communicate with property owners regarding updates, maintenance schedules, and financial reports.
  • Assist with owner onboarding, document collection, and account setup.
  • Help prepare monthly statements, reports, and other relevant documentation.
  • Schedule inspections, maintenance, or repairs in coordination with owners and tenants.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain accurate records of tenant and owner communications.
  • Prepare correspondence, notices, and reports.
  • Support property managers in ensuring compliance with lease agreements and local regulations.
  •  Update property management software and databases regularly.


Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Property Management, or equivalent.
  • Working experience in Property, Real Estate, Sales, or Administration is a plus.
  • Fluent in English communication.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.
  • Available to start as soon as possible.
