Job Description:

1. Prepare compliance

reports, status updates, and audit documentation.

2. Maintain

compliance checklists for leasing and construction projects.

3. Assist in internal and external audits related to leasing

and construction compliance.

4. Ensure proper filing and retention of all

compliance-related documents.

5. Track construction permits, licenses, inspections, and

regulatory approvals.

6. Monitor contractor compliance with contracts, safety

standards, and regulatory requirements.

7. Support pre-construction and post-construction compliance

documentation.

8. Flag risks, delays, or non-compliance issues and escalate

them to management.

9. Performs other related duties as

assigned.
