  • Assist in tenant relations and inquiries.
  • Show available properties to prospective tenants.
  • Maintain leasing documentation and records.
  • Coordinate move-ins and lease signings.
  • Help with marketing efforts to attract new tenants.
  • Support the leasing manager with daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with leasing policies and regulations.

Requisito

  • Job Title: Leasing Assistant
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong front management skills and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with potential site visits.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
