The HR Training and Development Specialist leads the design, development, and implementation of training and organizational development strategies. This role ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills to perform effectively and supports leadership in building a culture of continuous learning and growth.


Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.
  • Design and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Develop and update training materials, e-learning content, and career development modules.
  • Facilitate workshops, leadership programs, and employee engagement sessions.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and measure the effectiveness of training programs using data-driven methods.
  • Manage the company’s Learning and Development framework, including succession planning and talent development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and supervisors.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and negotiate contracts.
  • Prepare and manage the annual training budget.
  • Support change management and organizational development initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Master’s degree or additional certifications is a plus).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR training and development, with exposure to leadership programs and OD.
  • Strong background in adult learning principles, training design, and facilitation.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in creating digital training programs and managing LMS platforms is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to measure ROI of training initiatives.
  • Leadership ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration.
