  • Provides technical inputs in the planning, implementation, and assessment of the GAD Focal Point System’s strategic and operational plans
  • Provides technical assistance to GAD Focal Point System on gender and development mainstreaming; development of gender-responsive plans, policies, programs, activities
  • Leads the development of GAD-related capacity development activities
  • Assists the GAD Chairperson in supervising, coaching, and mentoring GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) in performing their tasks as may be directed by the GAD Chairperson
  • Prepares / drafts GAD Plan and Budgets, Accomplishment Reports, and other GAD-related policies;
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned by the GAD Chairperson.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in any of the following areas: Gender Women Development; International Relations / Studies; Business Administration and Development; Social Development; Development Studies; Economics; and Social Sciences and other allied courses
  • Experience: At least one (1) year of relevant experience in any of the following: Gender and Development; GAD Planning and Budgeting; Gender Analysis; Women’s Human Rights; Monitoring and Evaluation; Policy Development and Advocacy
  • Training: At least four (4) hours of relevant training
