Position: Lead Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly-skilled Lead Software Engineer with solid experience in Ruby on Rails. You will play a critical role in designing and developing robust applications while leading a team of engineers in an Agile environment.

Salary:

175k php -293k php

Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: 
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and resolve technical and interpersonal challenges.
• Provide feedback and resolve technical or interpersonal challenges
• Lead and mentor a team of developers to achieve their best work.
• Project Management:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, set timeline, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Technical Expertise:
• Implement and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS.
• Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions using Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Utilize Docker for containerization and deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years experience in software development with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, AWS, Docker, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of frontend and backend development frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
