Summary:

We are looking for a Leads Generation Specialist to focus on identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and data analysis to support the sales pipeline. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong research skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality leads for the sales team. This role is critical for ensuring a steady flow of actionable leads and contributing to the overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research to identify potential leads using online platforms, databases, and industry resources.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with business objectives and target audience.
• Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and detailed lead information for further action.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving lead generation efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to refine lead generation strategies and enhance targeting accuracy.
• Track and report on lead generation metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure effective lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in lead generation, data research, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis software.
• Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining lead databases and records.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding lead generation targets.
  
  

Additional Job Details:

• Set-up and Location: WFH or Onsite (Ortigas, Pampanga, Alabang or Cebu)
• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (AEST) | 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM (PH Time)
• Employment Type: Full-time
