Oversee construction of infrastructures such as roads, bridges, irrigation, water and sewerage system.
Reviews and performs plan reviews of subdivision improvements, development plans, soil and geotechnical reports, and structural calculations.
Reviews for compliance conditions of approval for all subdivision improvements and proposed developments, and makes recommendations to the Engineer.
Reviews and approves corrected plans.
Supervises personnel, including training, conducting personnel evaluations, and recommending disciplinary action.
Provides information regarding subdivision and site development program procedures, required submittals, plan processing and inspection to interested parties.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time.

Must be a licensed Civil Engineer.
At-least three (3) years of experience in Land Development or as Land Development Engineer.
Knowledgeable in using surveying instruments such as theodolite and total station.
