Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, pots, and pans.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, walls, storage areas, and garbage disposal.
Operate dishwashing machines and handle manual washing when necessary.
Ensure proper segregation and disposal of kitchen waste according to hotel standards.
Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards.
Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service hours as needed.
Uphold hotel safety and sanitation policies at all times.

At least High School graduate; vocational training in Food & Beverage or related field is an advantage.
Previous experience as a kitchen steward, dishwasher, or utility worker preferred (but not required).
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible schedules (weekends/holidays).
Physically fit, hardworking, and reliable.
Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude.
