1) Accomplish and maintain the highest quality of food, beverage and services

2) Assists in maintaining all equipment to its best function and cleanliness in the store

3) Assists back of house (BOH) in food presentation, kitchen procedures, other food – and services – related areas

4) Coordinates departmental responsibilities

5) Train front/back of house (FOH/BOH) personnel

6) Maintains close surveillance of guest comments and complaints, provides corrections when applicable

7) Any ad-hoc duties assigned

1) Minimum 1 Year Relevant Experience
