We are seeking hardworking, dependable, and detail-oriented kitchen crew members to join our culinary team. As part of the kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Assist in preparing ingredients by washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning food items
• Follow recipes and instructions accurately for cooking or food assembly
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly (e.g., ovens, grills, fryers, mixers)
• Keep kitchen and prep areas clean, sanitized, and organized
• Store food items properly and monitor expiration dates to reduce waste
• Assist in plating or packaging food to ensure presentation standards
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling procedures
• Support chefs and line cooks as needed during peak hours
• Take out trash, wash dishes, and handle cleaning tasks regularly

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is an advantage but not required
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately in a high-pressure environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Physical stamina and ability to stand for long hours
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with inventory management or kitchen stock rotation
• Knowledge of food allergies and safe handling practices
