Descripción
- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of kitchen staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Support dishwashing and equipment cleaning tasks as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requisito
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling food, proficient cooking skills, knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices, and effective mise-en-place techniques.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with potential for long hours and standing.
- Qualities and Traits: High energy, teamwork-oriented, reliable, and passionate about food.
