Descripción
- Assist in food preparation (chopping, washing, marinating, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and work areas
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and leftovers
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Dispose of waste and manage kitchen inventory under supervision
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
- Perform other tasks as directed by the Head Chef or Supervisor
Requisito
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior kitchen or food handling experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Physically fit; able to stand for long hours and lift moderately heavy items
