A Key Accounts Associate for a premium Boqueria Prime typically manages relationships with clients like hotels and restaurants to drive sales. Job duties include client communication, order processing, market analysis, and coordinating with internal teams. Qualifications usually require a Bachelor's degree, B2B sales experience, strong communication, and a passion for premium food products.


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector. 
  • Sales and Business Development: Achieve sales targets by promoting premium ham products, identifying new business opportunities, and conducting product presentations and tastings for chefs and F&B managers. 
  • Order and Logistics Coordination: Process orders, ensure timely delivery, and coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, operations) to guarantee client satisfaction. 
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform sales strategies. 
  • Account Management: Track client account performance and sales metrics. 
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings. 


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in B2B food sales or the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector is a plus. Previous client-facing or customer service experience is also beneficial. Open for fresh graduates.


Skills:

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for premium food and knowledge of meat products is highly preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
