Descripción

The Key Account Specialist is responsible in managing and grow relationships with key retail and corporate clients. Ensure strong partnerships, increasing sales, and expanding Messy Bessy’s presence in major retail channels and corporate accounts.


Account Management & Growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including retail partners and corporate clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities and drive sales within existing accounts to increase sales including acquisition of new clients to meet set sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyzes account performance to ensuring sales targets and KPIs are met.

Sales & Business Development

  • Recommends sales strategies for increasing revenue from key accounts.
  • Recommends promotional activities for in-store marketing.
  • Identify and onboard new key accounts that align with Messy Bessy’s brand and values.

Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure the right products and promotions are delivered to key accounts.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock availability.
  • Provide feedback to product development based on customer insights.

Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer insights.
  • Track competitor activities and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market

Requisito

  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least two to three years of working experience in sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience managing key accounts or handling major clients is in advantage.
  • Background in FMCG and Retail industry is a plus.
  • Has a strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office experience with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse sales data and market trends.
  • Willing to travel for client meetings, store visits, or business reviews as needed.
  • Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
