Handles Accounts Payable System
Prepares journal vouchers
Ensure timely processing for payment of government taxes and accomplish necessary BIR forms
Prepares balance sheet analysis and reconciliation of GL against SL balances
Preparation of other reports: detailed register (with SI and with DR); weekly schedule of raw materials deliveries
Perform other tasks that may be deemed necessary to support his/her immediate superior

BS Accountancy / Financial Management
Knowledgeable and competent in accounting principles, practices, and government regulations
Able to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
A minimum of 6 months of experience is an advantage
With good communication and interpersonal skills
With a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Proficient with Excel
