Java & Web Technologies Specialist (Japanese Speaking)

We are currently seeking a skilled professional for the position of Java & Web Technologies Specialist. Candidates with a valid Japanese language certification are highly encouraged to apply.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web-based applications using Java and modern web technologies. This role requires strong technical skills, problem-solving ability, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based web applications.
• Implement responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks.
• Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Framework, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue).
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Valid Japanese Language Certification (JLPT N4 or higher).
• Experience working in multicultural or Japanese client-facing environments.
• Background in agile development methodologies.
