We are looking for a Java Developer to join our dynamic development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend services and seamless integration with modern front-end frameworks.

• Design and implement backend systems using Java 17 or later and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure a seamless user experience across web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code that follows best practices in software engineering.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system scalability and reliability.
• Automate tasks and manage system operations using Shell Scripting (bash, zsh, etc.).
• Contribute to CI/CD processes and maintain version control through Git.
• Work in a Linux environment, with attention to system tuning, scripting, and network configuration.
• Utilize both relational and NoSQL databases for backend data management.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and suggest ways to improve existing systems and architecture.

This is a hands-on development role ideal for someone passionate about building high-quality software in a collaborative, agile environment.

WFH is available (2 days WFH and 3 days on site)

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer.
• Proficiency in Java (17+ or later versions) and related frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, etc.) as well as front-end build tools like Node.js or Webpack
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, including performance tuning, file systems, networking, and system scripting.
• Proficiency in Shell Scripting (bash, zsh, etc.) for automation and system management.
•  Solid understanding of JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) to integrate with back-end systems.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Strong experience with version control systems such as Git or a similar version.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Venture mindset and be ambitious toward the work
