COMPANY PROFILE: The company is one of the world’s largest providers of BPO services to business and government agencies to modernise communication processes with their clients.


Position: Japanese HR Payroll

Company Industry: BPO Company with Fortune500 Client

Work Location: Pasay City

Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 110,000

Work Schedule: Morning shift (7am to 4pm)

Work Set-up: Hybrid (work from home and work onsite)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Managing employee records and accurate employee records, including salary, benefits, employment history, and personal details
  • Preparing payroll reports: Compile payroll data from time sheets and other records, enter data into computer files, compute deductions and wages, and post to payroll records
  • Payroll administration: Manage the payroll account for each employee, verify hours worked and pay rates, and issue pay cheques.
  • Examine and verify the accuracy of all documentation, as well as ensure the accuracy of calculations for payroll.
  • Validates that timesheet information entered by casual employees has been approved by their manager.
  • Calculates and processes statutory holiday pay for employees and makes adjustments to salaries and benefits
  • Prepares leave without pay estimates and runs year-to-date adjustment payments
  • Investigate, resolve, and identify discrepancies in payroll records and employee timesheets.
  • Handle changes in job status, job titles, and exemptions
  • Answer questions from staff about wages, attendance, time records, and deductions.
  • Coordinate requests for leave and other absences
  • Compute employee take-home pay based on taxes, benefits, and time records.

Requisito

  • Filipino who can speak, read, and write Japanese (conversational to business)
  • Open to N1, N2 or N3 (JLPT is not a requirement)
  • Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
  • Must have an HR expert function-wise handling internal payroll and overall internal HR payroll of the company
  • Must be a graduate of any course (open to degree holders of any course)
  • Preferably handled HR payroll
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) must be fluent in both English and Japanese.
  • Must have experience more than 5 years experience in HR payroll and benefits
  • Preferably someone who knows the HR FlowChart Process – an expert in doing HR tasks
