- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas.
- Perform regular housekeeping tasks including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Ensure linens and supplies are stocked and well-organized.
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
- Provide exceptional service to guests and respond to their needs promptly.
Requisito
- Job Title: Housekeeper
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum High/Senior High School diploma.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in organizing, upholstery and carpet cleaning, general cleaning, disinfection, furniture care, and strong customer service orientation.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, perform deep cleaning tasks, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Working Conditions: Indoor environments, physical tasks, and potential exposure to cleaning chemicals.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
