Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.

Requisito

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in IT support.
Skills and Competencies: Proficient in IT Asset Management, Windows Server, System Monitoring, System Backup and Recovery, and System Administration.
Working Conditions: Office environment, available to work flexible hours as required.
