We are seeking a dependable IT Staff who will provide day-to-day technical support to office employees, manage hardware and network systems, and ensure stable technology operations. This role is hands-on and requires strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, routers, and network devices.
• Provide daily technical support to office staff on software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
• Troubleshoot network problems, internet outages, and router configuration issues.
• Perform diagnostics, repair, or replacement of hardware components.
• Maintain and troubleshoot office equipment (printers, scanners, biometrics, etc.).
• Assist employees in email setup, password resets, VPN access, and software installations.
• Maintain secure inventory and documentation of IT assets.
• Support company cybersecurity practices and ensure endpoint protection.
• Coordinate with external service providers as needed.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience in hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Familiar with Windows OS, office tools, and basic network setup.
• Strong communication, patience, and service-oriented mindset.
