About the Role

The Technical Support Associate is responsible for providing first-level technical support to internal users. This role focuses on assisting with day-to-day IT concerns, ensuring issues are properly logged, addressed, and escalated when needed to maintain smooth operations.

You will work closely with the IT team to support hardware, software, and connectivity concerns while following established processes and service standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and basic network issues
  • Respond to IT tickets and service requests in a timely manner
  • Assist users with troubleshooting and basic system guidance
  • Document issues, resolutions, and actions taken accurately
  • Escalate complex technical concerns to the appropriate IT team members
  • Support IT asset tracking, setup, and basic maintenance
  • Follow IT policies, procedures, and security standards


Who We’re Looking For

  • Basic understanding of IT support, helpdesk, or technical troubleshooting
  • Comfortable communicating with users in a clear and professional manner
  • Willing to learn and follow structured IT processes
  • Detail-oriented and organized when documenting issues
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
