  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to hardware and software.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and determine solutions.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory and documentation.
  • Assist with network issues and ensure system security.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve IT processes.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, strong communication skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, potential for remote work, may involve shift work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, problem-solver, adaptable, and team player.
