• Participates in projects or meetings in the absence of the Head of IT.

• Conducts data collection activities to assist the IT Head and/or IT Supervisor.

• Creates methods and approaches to enhance/improve the application.

• Offers primarily software support to users, secondarily hardware support on request.

• Supports the Head of IT in testing and evaluating outsourced application software.

• Initiates or contributes to AI development for the transition to digital transformation.

• Carries out other IT-related tasks as needed within the organization.
