The Operations Planning and Control Assistant acts as a point person in safeguarding company assets in the assigned store.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any business or accounting related courses ·
• With at least 1 year of working experience handling audit or inventory management

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures cash & cash equivalents collections are intact and complete
• Ensures validity of sales documents and exceptions
• Ensures 100% accuracy of system inventory record
• Secures all documents for inventory movements.
• Ensures correct documentations and updates records.
• Ensures tagging of all fixed assets and non-consumable supplies
