Job Summary:

The Inventory Staff is responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and issuing company assets and materials. This role ensures accurate inventory records, proper stock handling, and timely availability of items to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming and outgoing inventory items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems regularly
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of all items
• Report damaged, missing, or obsolete items promptly
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse
• Report discrepancies, damages, or technical issues promptly to management

Qualifications:

• Vocational graduate or college level or a Graduate of any business, logistics, or related course (or equivalent experience)
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or stock management is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory systems and MS Excel
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Honest, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Willing to perform physical tasks such as lifting and stock checking

decision-making and customer fulfillment.
