- Inventory Management
- Monitor, record, and reconcile daily inventory of raw meat, ingredients, packaging, and finished products.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and report discrepancies to the Inventory Control Manager or Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of product movement between production, storage, and shipping areas.
- Production Support
- Coordinate with production staff to ensure the timely supply of materials for processing operations.
- Verify and record product codes, lot numbers, and expiration dates for traceability compliance.
- Assist in labeling, staging, and scanning materials according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Data Entry & Reporting
- Enter inventory transactions accurately into ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Knows how to us SAP System
- Generate daily and weekly inventory reports as required.
- Support audits by providing documentation and verification of inventory data.
