INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT MANAGER

(Shipping Manager – International Cargo)

We’re hiring an International Shipment Officer to oversee and manage international cargo shipments, ensuring smooth coordination, complete documentation, and on-time delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate international cargo shipments from collection to final delivery
• Arrange and monitor shipment schedules and timelines
• Check, prepare, and review all shipping and customs documents
• Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of experience in international shipping, logistics, or cargo operations (preferred)
• Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of international shipping documentation and processes
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work on-site in Pasig City
• Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What We Offer
