The role involves reviewing documentation, assessing risk, and supporting senior underwriters in decision-making while ensuring compliance with US regulations and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review applications and verify supporting documentation.
• Analyze financial and credit information to assess risk.
• Recommend approvals, denials, or conditions for approval under guidance.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies.
• Collaborate with loan officers, brokers, and senior underwriters.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in reporting and audits.
• Stay updated on underwriting guidelines, policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
• Familiarity with US lending, mortgage, or insurance regulations is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and underwriting software.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
