Requirements:

• Knows how to mix cement and mortar for both concrete and masonry works.
• Familiar with the components of a building structure, such as beams, columns, footings, etc.
• Knows how to cut and lay stone or Concrete Hollow Blocks.
• Knows how to use hand tools/power tools and equipment.
• Can cut and install tiles of any size and kind.
• Capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Follows orders and instructions from the Foreman or Engineer-in-Charge.
• Plasters concrete or masonry surfaces according to the finish specified in the plan.
• Responsible for cutting, fabrication, assembling, installation and removal of forms from concrete structure.
