Descripción
- Lay bricks, stones, or concrete blocks to build and repair walls, foundations, and other structures.
- Prepare and mix mortar or concrete for masonry work.
- Construct, install, and repair wooden frameworks, doors, and furniture.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.
- Ensure structures are level, plumb, and meet design specifications.
- Perform finishing work, including sanding, painting, or polishing surfaces.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requisito
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Proven experience as both a Mason and Carpenter.
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to masonry and carpentry.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Physical strength and stamina to perform heavy lifting and work in various environments.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in construction.
