Descripción

I. Project Sales Management Operations:

  • Monitors performance of assigned projects/sector on a daily basis.
  • Conceptualizes and recommends monthly sales activities for the assigned projects/sector
  • Conceptualizes and oversees the detailed preparations of activity concept papers which include but is not limited to the following activities: major project milestones, special project/product trainings
  • Ensures effective implementation of strategies/major plans and programs/sales activities/milestone events
  • Recommends performance-based allocation of site manning, exhibit, and off-site tenting manning schedule of the selling groups
  • Conceptualizes, prepares and monitors the effectiveness of strategic programs of assigned projects/sector
  • Coordinates with SMG on the recommendation of Cash Kaliwaan for Open House/Sales Acceptance Activities
  • Conceptualizes, prepares and oversees implementation of Tactical Promo for the assigned projects/sector
  • Submits the following management required reports: project option and paid-up sales, monitoring report on workables/closables for assigned projects/sector, accomplishment report, source of sales report
  • Facilitates resolution of Sellers/Buyer concerns with regards to the project(s)
  • Attends meetings set by the Vice President which include but is not limited to the following: project marketing coordination meeting, coordination meeting with PMG, other project related meeting
  • Prepares monthly budget for the activities of assigned projects/sector for the month
  • Reviews client request and provides recommendations to the Top Management
  • Conducts Project Sales Clinic
  • Conducts regular monthly site inspections and provides inputs on site enhancements/maintenance
  • Conducts research and gathers basic information regarding competitor and market trends
  • Sources out off-site tenting venues for projects

II. Customer Services and After Sales Services

  • Provides assistance to Sellers and their Buyers pertaining to their various concern which include but is not limited to the following: titling and documentation concern, property development concerns, project development concerns

III. Budget Management

  • Monitors and controls Project Sales Operating Expense of the team

Requisito

  • At least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Real Estate Management or equivalent programs.
  • Capable to report daily in Manaoag, Pangasinan.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
