MAIN FUNCTIONS

Account Management (70%)

  • Prepares the quotation and proposal based on customer specifications and requirements
  • Responsible for the proper and timely handling of customer complaints
  • Monitor and coordinate the progress, internal & external, of customer orders (P.O.)
  • Attend to various meetings with existing clients for current issues
  • Acquiring new projects from existing customers (RFQs)
  • Getting referrals from other group or connected companies
  • Attends the customer’s inquiry and cascades it to other Departments
  • Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend customer lifetime value (Regular visits)
  • Responsible in maintaining integrity and ethical standards in dealing with customers

B. Business Development (20%)

  • Responsible in developing new customers for the company (research, cold calls, visits, etc.)
  • Scheduling of visits and appointments with potential new customers
  • Presenting our company profiles, products, and pricing to customers
  • Establish business long-term relationships/connections with potential customers
  • Take notes of customer requirements and specifications for purposes of proposal preparation
  • Prompt facilitation of RFQs (Request for Quotation)
  • Proper consultation with Sales Manager concerning customer requirements
  • Timely reporting of “Sales Leads” status to the superior
  • Responsible in achieving or exceeding the department’s monthly target according to business plan
  • Develop promotional creative strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
  • Monitoring the market, competitor products, and customer response to adjust sales strategies

Requisito

  • Education and Experience
  • College graduate of any four (4) year course, preferably Business-related courses.
  • With at least three to five (3-5) years of work experience gained from a manufacturing company.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
