The CNC Machining Specialist is responsible for operating and programming CNC machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and specifications. This role ensures high-quality machining, efficient production, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

• Set up and operate CNC machines (e.g., milling, turning, EDM) for plastic mold components or precision parts.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.
• Create or modify CNC programs using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam,c Fusion 360, NX).
• Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for efficient machining.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Maintain documentation of machining processes, quality checks, and production records

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC operations, preferably in a plastic manufacturing environment.
• He or she has their own car or motorcycle
• No experience working at a company with a union organization

• Production related: 7 am to 7 pm
• Support departments like Admin, PPC, etc. are Mon to Fri with 2 Sat work (they have a company calendar)
• 8am to 6pm (Mon to Thurs)
• 8am to 5pm (Fri)
• 8 am to 12 pm (Sat)

Interview process:
