- Studies current processes and improves speed efficiency across all operational transactions.

- Analyze branch load and capacity to optimize space utilization and reduce expansion costs.

- Provide demand forecasts to effectively determine staffing and resource requirements.

- Conducts time and motion studies on the following employees to enhance labor cost efficiency and improve:

o Delivery riders

o QA

o Sorters

o Sorting center employees

- Works with other departments to develop and design efficient processes and workflows

- Assist on the developing and updating of standard operating procedures

- Knowledge in production, processes and standards in the logistics industry

- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Data analytic skills and experience

- Keen to details

- Project Management skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously

- Experience in using different computer platforms and software systems

- Graduate of BS Industrial Engineer

- 1-2 years relevant work experience in logistics environment

- Six Sigma belt is not required but will be an advantage
