Description
We are seeking a Workday Functional Consultant to configure, implement, and support Workday modules in alignment with business requirements. The role involves gathering requirements, system configuration, testing, user support, and ongoing optimization of Workday processes. The consultant will partner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, system efficiency, and compliance with best practices.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience with Workday HCM (core module) and exposure to other modules such as Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, Reporting, and Benefits. While expertise in all modules is not required, the team collectively covers these areas. Acceptable combinations include HCM + Time Tracking, HCM + Benefits, or HCM + Compensation.
Required Skills and

Qualifications:•Minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday HCM (core module)•BPO experience is a plus but not mandatory.•Proven experience with Workday HCM (core module) and at least one additional module (Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, or Benefits).•Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, and system documentation.•Previous Workday configuration experience is required.•Experience with HR data management or analytics tools is a plus.•Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders.Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.Preferred Qualifications:•Workday certification is an advantage.•Prior experience in HR technology or consulting environments.•Extended knowledge of multiple Workday modules beyond the core module.
