Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing ones

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and leveraging industry connections

  • Manage and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to help them achieve their targets

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify potential areas for growth and innovation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experiences

  • Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales efforts and continuously improve our approach

  • Contribute to the overall business strategy and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in business development, real estate, design, sales, marketing, or related roles. Experience in the hotel and resort industry is an advantage

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

  • Demonstrated expertise in identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate market trends and develop effective sales strategies

  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams

  • Familiarity with the new business development landscape and industry best practices

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with additional certifications or training a plus

  • Flexible to travel (Local and International)
