Client Profile: A leading manufacturing company that produce and provide quality appliances products for over 10 years in the Philippines.


Position: HR Staff

Industry: Manufacturing Company

Location: Calamba, Laguna

Salary: Php15,000 – Php25,000

Schedule: Monday – Friday (Dayshift)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree Holder

At least 1 year of work experience in HR & Admin role

Experience working with medical related.

Experience working in manufacturing company

Experience processing PEZA Visa processing, Government Benefits, payroll and recruitment.

Amenable to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws

Maintaining accurate employee data bases and proper records of employee attendance.

Responsible for recruiting applicants.

Assisting HR manager in policy making, hiring and salary.

Responsible for coordinating orientation and training for the new employees of the company.
